My good friend, John Crewdson, replied to an e-mail I sent where I asked about any challenges he might be having with every day giving. Here’s his reply:
Todd,
I must admit, I’ve been pretty lax about giving away a dollar a day. I just re-listened to a Hypnotic Gold Interview with Rabbi Lapin on his book “Thou Shall Prosper”. He described how we need to give money away to create channels for money to flow to us. He described it as us drilling holes in our shell so we could connect with the world around us - one of the ways to connect is by creating money channels that flow both ways.
Needless to say I am now re-energized and focused on Give Away A Dollar A Day.
