   Hey Todd,

   What an excellent idea. I really like it a lot.

   I’ve already begun doing this, and it really is simple and fun. In fact, I can think of lots of things that I spend more money on each week that are not as fun and nowhere near as rewarding.

   It’s really weird, now that I’ve begun doing this, I can actually imagine that I see dollar bills floating around everywhere. Strangely enough, this seems to be a real key to believing that there is abundance in the world.

   I don’t know if this is the right thing to do or not, but I’ve actually begun writing (in pencil) on the bottom of each bill “www.giveawayadollaraday.com – enjoy !!”

   Maybe some people will notice it and start doing the same. Wouldn’t it be awesome if everyone were just leaving dollar bills all over the place? How cool would that be?

   One problem, though. I’ve only been doing this a couple of days now, and I’m beginning to get addicted. I find myself wanting to give away more than a dollar a day, but I sense that would not be the best thing to do right now.

   “God grant me patience and I want it right now.” LOL.

   Hey Todd,

   One more thing I thought I would point out.

   I notice that when you go to the main site for giveawayadollaraday.com there do not seem to be any links off the page.

   if I end up going to http://www.giveawayadollaraday.com/tmdm/ and scrolling to the bottom and click where it says “read the full story here” the only way to get back is to use the browser’s back button.

   Perhaps you wanted it that way, but in case you didn’t I wanted to let you know.

   I loved your first comment about seeing dollar bills all over the place! I have had that vision, too!! And… I understand what you say by feeling like this is addictive. It is!! But it’s the most fun I’ve ever had be addicted to something

   You also asked about the site navigation – yes, the first page is meant to be the story only. Once you sign in to request the weekly Inspirations, you have access to the full site. If you go back to the first page for a second time, though, you can either hit the back button or “sign in” again to reach the full site. But this second time, you won’t go through the confirmation e-mail process. Does this make sense?

   Hello Tod,

   Congratulations on your new site, I love your Inspiration!

   Your friend Joe wrote a book a long time ago about the importance of giving
   money. It is good to have your reminder now for this most important “secret”,
   I love the idea of turning it into a doable habit.

   I also had the same idea as Chris – of writing the website name on some dollar bills,
   what do you think?

   Hey Todd,

   You’re probably already aware of this, and maybe this was intended to be sort of a funny thing, but I know it confused me.

   Anyway, in case you aren’t aware of it, on the “How to” page, you have a “link” to “give away a dime a day” that just leads back to the same page.

   Hi Chris,

   Give Away A Dime A Day is related to Give Away A Dollar A Day; it is for folks who may not be ready to or in a position to give a dollar each day but still want to begin the shift from getting to giving. Thank you for noticing this. I plan to have an “under construction” or similar kind of page up within a couple weeks, and the site itself in about two months.

   Hi Todd,
   Thank you! I loved the idea instantly and started right away. I had a Board meeting at the library, so I went a little early and tucked a buck in a book. It was fun! I felt like I was sneaking around, being all stealthy! It was actually exciting. I also feel a great sense of creativity with this process – I’m always thinking of new places to put them and new ways to GIVE AWAY A DOLLAR A DAY! I’ve also started writing across the top of the bills “giveawayadollaraday.com” and “Blessed Be!”
