at the same time…
I’ve got my hand in my pocket with my dollar bill held loosely in my palm. The bill is in “letting go position”. It’s ready. I’m ready. So now I’m just trying to determine the best place to drop this particular George!
I’ve been having so much fun with Give Away A Dollar A Day for almost nine months now, and I am happy to say that the joy has not worn off yet. Not at all.
In fact, I am having more fun giving away now than ever before! And… the butterflies are still there! Or at least they were today… Because, for the life of me, I couldn’t figure out how or when to give this bill away without either of my associates “catching” me in the act!!
So… here we go… we begin to round a corner from one hallway to the next… I strategically drop back, with the help of a little side step action… And then, poof! The bill leaves my hand and gently floats to the floor! I keep walking as if nothing has happened, managing to pick up the pace in order to move along side them once again. No one notices… Didn’t miss a beat… Another totally stealth job by the Secret Dollar Man!
And way back there behind us fading into the distance?… there’s a George just waiting to be found. And there’s an as-of-yet-unknowing, but lucky, recipient who is soon going to be one dollar richer!!!
